Stronger Communities Board
The Strong Communities Board provides a bridge between the Trafford Partnership and the residents, communities and neighbourhoods of Trafford. It ensures that the Trafford Partnership is delivering effective and efficient services that reduce inequality and improve outcomes, whilst at the same time enabling residents, communities and neighbourhoods to take control, engaging and empowering them to deliver activity and achieve outcomes for themselves.
Jonathan Yates, CEO for Citizens Advice is the VCSE Representative for the Stronger Communities Board, and is providing updates via a short blog on the forum - Click Here to read Jonathan's Blog.

VCSE Northern Task Force
The next VCSE Northern Task Force Event will take place on Thursday 23rd November 2017 at 10am – 12noon, venue TBC
One Trafford Response – Progress Update and Expansion Plans
This is an essential event for voluntary, community, social enterprise and faith based organisations involved in the delivery of services in the Old Trafford and Stretford Locality in the north of the Borough.
Public Services in North Trafford are Being Transformed.
Come along and find out about the latest developments with Trafford’s place based integrated working and plans to expand this across the North of borough and beyond. Input into ‘live’ case studies, consider the implications for your organisation, and positive impacts this can create for Trafford’s communities and residents.
Thrive is helping to develop the VCSE Northern Task Force as a way of connecting in and helping to shape developments currently underway as part of public service reforms to bring services together, provide improvements in the way these are delivered for people and to help achieve better outcomes.
We do hope therefore that you can make it along so that we get as much VCSE involvement and input as possible. If you are able to attend please could you let me know if you have not already, by emailing me on email@example.com or calling 0330 123 9766.
