Kickstart Q&A Sessions for VCSEs and Businesses in Trafford – Find Out More
The Kickstart Scheme is a fantastic opportunity for businesses to boost their productivity while providing employment for a generation of talented young people who might otherwise be at risk of long term unemployment due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 crisis.
The aim of the £2 billion fund is to create hundreds of high quality 6-month work placements aimed at those aged 16 to 24 who are on Universal Credit. So far, more than 360,000 applications have been received and processed nationally and the scheme is open to all employers, regardless of size and sector, until 31st December 2021.
Want to know more then why not join the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Trafford Council along with other Greater Manchester Gateway organisations including The Growth Company, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and local business Hidden Treasure Discovery Centre CIC to find out more about how your business could benefit from the Kickstart scheme.
