Summary of the Role

To support users of the job club with online job searches and/or those wanting 1 on 1 IT support on Thursday mornings.

Main Tasks

– Provide 1 on 1 IT support to users of the job club or those wanting to learn/develop IT skills

– Understand and empathise with the aims and ethos statement of the Centre and its equal opportunities policies.

Role requirements

• Good interpersonal skills/friendly manner.
• Be enthusiastic and reliable.
• IT skills
