Summary of the Role
Our ebay store has been set up to provide crucial funding for the Hidden Treasure Trust. We are urgently seeking a volunteer who can give a couple of hours each week to assist with the running of our eBay store and online selling.
Main Tasks
- Take suitable photos of merchandise.
- Managing online orders and queries via our ebay store.
- Locate and package orders as required.
- Send orders and keep eBay customers up to date on their status.
- The ability to work alongside others or independently as required.
- Maintain the values and ethos of the Hidden Treasure Trust.
- To undertake training as required including a mandatory induction.
