Summary of the Role
Staffing the reception desk at the Counselling and Family Centre / volunteering in the cafe. We are also keen for volunteer gardeners and a caretaker.
Main Tasks
Reception:
Helping on our front desk, you will be the first welcoming face of CFC as clients enter the centre. You will book them in and help in other areas such as telephoning clients to make new appointments and answering queries over the phone and via email. Full training will be given.
Cafe:
The Café in the Park is reopen to the public and we need your help as volunteers! Come and volunteer in our busy café. Learn how to use the coffee machine and serve light refreshments to a wide range of customers, as well as general tasks in the café and kitchen. No experience necessary as full training will be provided given.
