Food Poverty Week – 13th October To 17th October

Tackling Food Poverty Together is a week of action; a week to raise awareness of the issues and a week to focus on solutions.

Food banks are an essential support in the short-term for people; but groups in the area are also keen to drive forward longer-term solutions that are sustainable and empowering. So to help find longer term solutions and to help support local people the following events are taking place during the week across Trafford:
Eat Live Love Food
'Cooking on a Budget'
Wednesday 15th October at 10am to 3pm at St Matthews Hall, Chapel Lane, Stretford

Also Benefits & Debt advice and support will be available.
