NHS Trafford CCG – Public Reference and Advisory Panel Vacancies

NHS Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is the organisation responsible for deciding how taxpayer’s money is spent on health care for Trafford residents.

The CCG has two vacancies for its Public Reference and Advisory Panel (PRAP), which represents the views of the Trafford population and contributes to strategic thinking by: debate, discussion, challenge, support and advice on clinical and commissioning decisions, policy and performance.

No medical or clinical knowledge is required and full training and support will be provided to enable newly-appointed members to play a full part.

You will be required to commit to approximately two-three hours per month, made up of attendance at one monthly meeting (lasting two hours and background reading and preparation in advance of meetings).

These are unpaid positions but reimbursement to cover expenses will be available (subject to agreement).
