A huge amount of work has been taking place to make improvements to Trafford’s LiquidLogic Children’s and Early Help system based on feedback from Council staff and partners. The changes went live on the 20th January with improvements including:
- Allowing information to be easily transferred
- A Multi-Agency Checklist
- The new Early Help Assessment Plan and Review
Using the System Partners from across the borough are carrying out assessments and using the system with positive feedback such as below: “I am a 100% believer in Early Help and, if you do it properly, it is a great platform to move up to Social Care if you need. My advice is to embrace it, you get so much support and the key thing is that it helps children and their parents”
Trafford Council are encouraging all partners who may carry out Early Help Assessments to access the system and can offer advice and guidance to help with this via a dedicated Helpdesk and Early Help Champions who can provide support.
