The NHS in Manchester and Trafford wish to further develop their Long Covid Peer Support Groups.
Please Click Here to download the Expression of Interest for funding to support the development of Long Covid Peer Support Groups in Manchester and Trafford which will network with the existing on-line Peer Support Group.
This funding is for one year and for delivery during 2022/2023. This funding is non-recurrent.
The funding is to develop face to face Long COVID Peer Support Groups for Manchester and Trafford targeting the following communities:
- Pakistani
- Bangladeshi
- Disabled people
Development of awareness and a Long Covid Peer Support Group for Black African and Black Caribbean community is explained in the paper and how this is being delivered.
Even though there is a targeted approach, as the awareness will take place across neighbourhoods, any face to face group meetings can be accessed by anyone living locally.
The closing date for the expression of interest is Monday 4 April 2020 and completed forms should be emailed to mhcc.engagement@nhs.net
