National Lottery Awards for All England– Environment
The climate and nature emergency affects us all, but local action can make a real difference. We fund community-led projects that improve the environment and help people connect with and enjoy nature where they live. You can use the funding to:
- start a new activity or continue an existing one
- help your organisation adapt to new challenges
- run one-off events that have a clear environmental benefit
- help people connect with and care for nature in their area
- make a positive difference to the environment
- Voluntary, statutory or community organisations
Funding size: £300 to £20,000 for up to two years

National Lottery- Million Hours Fund – This funding is for organisations to give extra support to young people in areas with higher rates of anti-social behaviour. They will fund extra hours of youth work to give these young people more places to go and positive things to do.
This is the third phase of the Million Hours Fund. It is funded by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and The National Lottery Community Fund. They can only fund projects in certain parts of England. The work you want us to fund must take place in, or benefit young people living in, one of the eligible ward areas. You can check the eligible ward areas for the Million Hours Fund (2025 to 2027).
Funding size: £30,000 to £100,000

GSK IMPACT Award – The 2026 GSK IMPACT Awards are open to registered charities that are at least three years old, working in a health-related field in the UK, with a total annual income between £150,000 and £3 million.

The Hilden Charitable Fund – Offer grants to smaller (income <£200,000) UK charities working in one of their priority areas:
- Asylum seekers and refugees – providing essential services, meeting their needs, supporting their participation in the wider community.
- Penal affairs – work in prisons supporting prisoners(especially women) to help them cope and maintain family bonds and resettle positively when released.
- Unrestricted or project funding of £5,000 – £7,000 per year for up to 2 years is available.
Deadline: 3pm on 21st August, decisions announced end of November.

Historic Building Project – Not-for-profit organisations working to develop and restore historic buildings in the UK can apply for grants of up to £100,000 from the Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF). The Project Development Grants support projects aiming to take ownership of or adapt heritage buildings, particularly in disadvantaged or at-risk areas. Funding can cover professional fees, business planning, community engagement and overheads. Projects must show a viable end use and either hold, or be in the process of securing, a freehold or long lease (typically 25 years). Preference is given to initiatives with social and economic impact, such as job creation or community services. The first stage is to complete an online Expression of Interest.
