Trafford LIVE is returning this year on Sunday 18 June! 11am – 4pm – Book a Stall Space to Showcase Your Service

Trafford LIVE is returning this year on Sunday 18 June! 11am – 4pm.

Trafford LIVE celebrates everything that is great about Trafford. The event is held in partnership with Lancashire Cricket Club, who are hosting a T20 cricket match against Durham on the same day as an extra incentive for people and families to attend. The event is based at Trafford Town Hall and is a free community event to attend. Due to Covid, this is the first time the event is returning since 2019. That year saw more than 7,000 visitors attend so it a great chance to showcase your service.

Building on the community spirit in the borough, we are inviting local voluntary and community groups to promote their services and engage with residents while delivering key messages around employment, health and wellbeing, community safety, children and families and the environment.

Stall holders places are limited so if you would like a stall at Trafford LIVE to showcase your service please complete Trafford LIVE stall holder form 2023 and return to community@trafford.gov.uk as soon as possible. Please send this along with your risk assessment and public liability insurance. Only those applications where the supporting information has been submitted will be considered for a stall position. Please provide all the supporting evidence at the time when you submit your application or by close of play on the 28th of April 2023 at the latest.

Again, places are limited, so organisations are encouraged to submit their application and supporting evidence as soon as possible.

Please feel free to contact community@trafford.gov.uk if you have any questions and we look forward to seeing you there!
