The Age-Friendly Trafford Programme Survey – Take Part before 1st October 2018

The Age-Friendly Trafford Programme is working to improve the quality of life for older people that live in or visit Trafford.

This survey is designed to help Trafford Council understand the issues facing older people so please share your thoughts on how we can make Trafford a great place to live and grow older.

The survey is aimed at residents and visitors aged 55 and over, however anyone that has an interest in improving the quality of life for older people in Trafford is welcome to take part.

The online survey will be released in four parts over the next four weeks on the Trafford Public Health web page which you can access here.

You can also collect a paper copy of the survey at any library or leisure centre in Trafford until the 1st October 2018.
