GMCVO are excited to share a series of events held by their Social Enterprise and Social Investment team on a range of topics designed to provide information and support to Social Enterprises, Community Business and Trading Charities.
The sessions will take place each Wednesday at 10am from September.

• Financing Community Buildings – Wednesday 7th September, Online
This workshop is a chance to hear about different ways you could finance your community building including purchases, housing, refurbishment and renovation, as well as practical advice about accessing investment and what you need for a successful application.
• Informal Online Drop-in – Wednesday 14th September, Online
This informal online drop-in is a chance to meet the team at GMCVO. We will be on-hand to offer advice and guidance for all things social enterprise, including setting-up, funding, social impact, social investment and more.
• Introduction to Marketing – Wednesday 21st September, Online
This is an introduction to marketing for Social Enterprises, Community Businesses and Trading Charities delivered by GMCVO’s Communications team. The session will give you some starting points to writing a strategic marketing plan to support your trading activities.
• Social Investment information session, featuring Key Fund – Wednesday 28th September, Online
