As you may be aware, the GM Ageing Hub will be refreshing the Greater Manchester Age-friendly Strategy in 2023. Between now and the end of April, we are focusing on engagement with stakeholders and experts across the city region, ahead of launching the strategy in July. It’s vital that we ensure the strategy reflects the challenges and opportunities you are facing in your work, and those you are seeing faced by people age 50+ in Greater Manchester.
We’ve set up an online survey, which includes an overview of our proposed priority themes before a set of questions that should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. As a key stakeholder for our work, we would be very grateful if you could complete the survey between now and the 21st of April. This survey is not currently public – you are very welcome to share it with any colleagues whom you think would be interested, but please do not shar it on social media or wider newsletters. You are not obliged to include your name in your response, and any information we share about the survey results will be anonymised.
