Job Opportunity: Chief Operating Officer for TLC

We’re looking to fill a key senior role that will support our CEO, could this be you?

As we expand the charity, we have identified a need to develop a role that will support our CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional who will be responsible for our finance, data quality and information governance. The candidate will be the “right hand” of our CEO, ensuring our operations run smoothly and they will be expected to continuously improve our performance.

The role would suit a senior professional experienced in operational management, finance, data and/or information governance. We are looking for somebody who is organised, has a great attention to detail, can work in a fast-paced environment and is able to communicate complex information in an accessible way.

However, this role is not simply an operations management desk job. We are looking for somebody who has the right skills and experience but is also the right fit for our organisation. The role will require the candidate to be a strong leader, with excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will need to be able to develop and maintain good internal and external relationships, mobilising new services and ensuring our existing services run smoothly.

Ultimately, the post will use data and information, to create something of value, that will help us achieve our charity mission of increasing safe, healthy, happy relationships.

We welcome applications from candidates across all sectors but would like the chosen candidate to have an interest in, or some knowledge of the third or public sector.
