Trafford Council would like to invite you to take part in their upcoming Live Well at Home Event.
The goals of the event are to:
- showcase the work of local charities and organisations that support people to live well at home; and
- enable assessors to network with service providers to learn about the range and variety of support available in Trafford.
The individuals participating will be Trafford’s health and social care staff, from across the Borough.
As an exhibitor they would like your organisation to provide information and fliers for the attendees. They would also like a small number of organisations to deliver a 10 minute workshop detailing the services they provide locally.
