“We know nationally around two-thirds (61%) of people are more willing to support the NHS and social care services as a result of coronavirus by actively providing feedback on their care.

We want to understand how patients in Trafford have fared during the pandemic so we can help improve things. So it is important we know what people found really worked and what needs to change in the things that didn’t.”

Andrew Latham, Chief Officer of Healthwatch Trafford said:
“We have a unique opportunity to learn from the COVID-19 response in the area over the last few months, so we know it is important that we gather as many experiences to learn from as possible.

By taking a few moments of your time to report on how it was for you, you could have a telling impact on how people in a similar situation in the future experience care.”

Adam added:

“And as if the knowledge that you are using your voice to make things better for people that use services in the years to come wasn’t encouragement enough, by completing the survey you are automatically entered into a competition to win £100 of grocery shopping vouchers – and we can even collect and deliver it to you!
