TLC – Early Help Volunteer Coordinator Job Vacancy

Talk Listen Change are looking to recruit a part-time Early Help Volunteer Coordinator to cover different sites across Trafford’s Early Help hubs.

Job: Early Help Volunteer Coordinator

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000

Contract:
Fixed Term to November 2020, subject to annual review by Commissioners

Hours: 28 hours per week

Workbase: TLC head office – Chester Road, Manchester (with regular travel across Trafford)

Checks: Enhanced DBS Check required

The Early Help Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, inducting and supervising volunteers in two Trafford Council Early Help Hubs (Children’s Centres) in Partington and Stretford, and the Talkshop youth drop-in provision based in Sale.

We have a fantastic group of volunteers already established, and we are looking for someone to build on the progress already made. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to create a positive and rewarding experience for every person who volunteers with us, recognising their strengths and enabling them to develop themselves as well as giving time to others in their community.
