NHS Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) Annual General Meeting (AGM) and workshop: Tuesday 1 October 2019, 12.30pm-3.45pm
Trafford CCG will be holding its AGM on Tuesday 1 October at 12.30pm at St Matthews Community Hall, Chapel Lane, Stretford, M32 9AJ (situated near to Stretford Mall).
At the meeting we will be looking back at some of the highlights of the past year (2018-2019).
Following the AGM there will be a short workshop about Trafford Locality Plan – the 5 year vision for health and social care in Trafford. This will be based on the needs of Trafford’s population, its people and the places we serve. The workshop will be a great opportunity for all attending to help refine and shape the vision further.
Refreshments and a marketplace area showcasing some of our vibrant voluntary and community sector will be available for you to visit from 12 noon.
