Trafford’s Build Back Fairer Story is a ‘first of its kind’ VCFSE partnership powering system change across the Trafford Borough to reduce Health Inequalities.

Trafford’s Build Back Fairer Story is a ‘first of its kind’ VCFSE partnership powering system change across the Trafford Borough to reduce Health Inequalities.

We are excited to showcase Trafford’s Build Back Fairer Story of Change video as part of the wider 10GM and GM Integrated Care Partnership Build Back Fairer Framework. The Trafford Community Collective is a unique partnership which is now registered as a charity and was formed following a Thrive Trafford VCFSE Strategic Forum network several years ago. The Collective has enabled local communities and voluntary sector organisations across Trafford to become the representative strategic voice for the VCFSE sector.

Through these developments, the Trafford Community Collective has become a catalyst in changing and building positive relationships between communities/ VCFSE sector and the public sector to look at new ways of working to improve health inequalities across the Borough.

The Trafford Community Collective is a member-led organisation which represents the voice of the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector in Trafford. It is committed to collaboration and co-production with its members and cross-sector partners, and is helping to shape health and social care services strategically to meet local needs and to reduce health inequalities across the Borough.

For more information on the Collective or to become a VCFSE member visit: https://www.traffordcollective.org.uk/

The Trafford Build Back Fairer Video story tells the ‘journey of change’ highlighting the collaborative work the Trafford Community Collective members are undertaking to power system change and make inequalities everyone’s business.
